Bell Foundry
Within the company’s bell foundry in Uscio in the province of Genoa, Trebino creates veritable artworks in the name of tradition. They forge bronze bells in noble alloy 78/22 (copper and tin) of any weight (from 20 to 4,400 kg), diameter and tone, to be transported anywhere in the world. The tradition and artisanal experience of four generations of bell-makers is the secret behind a clear and silvery sound. It is also possible to recast any bell, concert bell or carillon. The bell producers can create metal support frames for the bells and install electrification systems for long-range, concert, solemn and funeral tolling. Bas-reliefs and dedications are handcrafted upon the customer’s request to commemorate religious figures on each work in bronze.
Bell production
Trebino of Uscio is a leading international expert in the art of bell-making. They are dedicated to the production of bells, employing traditional casting techniques in the company foundry, a craft that has remained unaltered over time. Tradition and experience are the secret behind a clear and vibrant tone. The relationship between thickness, weight, circumference and height determines the pitch of the bell.
